A Year-Long Leadership Development Journey for Your Whole Team
Twelve months of monthly coaching to help your leadership team grow together — healthier, clearer, and more aligned around a shared purpose.
Schedule a ConversationMy friend, if you lead a team, you already know this: your organization will only rise as far as the leaders around you are developed to carry it.
Most leaders are developed by accident — shaped more by crisis and circumstance than by intentional investment. Gifted, capable people serve faithfully on your team, yet many have never been guided through a process to discover their purpose, align their strengths, or build the habits that sustain long-term effectiveness.
The result is predictable: leaders drift toward burnout, teams struggle to find cohesion, and momentum plateaus — not for lack of calling or capability, but for lack of development.
I don't believe this is a luxury reserved for large organizations with large budgets. It's foundational work for any team that intends to grow beyond where it is right now. When your leaders grow, your organization grows.
That's why I built Leadership Strategies Team Coaching — a structured, year-long leadership development journey for your whole team. Not a seminar. Not a one-time event. A sustained coaching relationship built to change how your team leads, thinks, and functions together.
I'd be honored to walk this journey with you and your team.
Program Overview
Leadership Strategies Team Coaching guides your leadership team through the same proven, biblically grounded framework used in individual coaching — the Christian Leader® Blueprint — applied together, as a team, over the course of a year.
Who Is This Coaching For?
Leaders who want to build a healthy, aligned leadership team instead of relying on accidental development.
Organizations ready to invest in their people, not just their programs.
Teams who want a shared language and framework for growth, not scattered individual development.
The Christian Leader® Blueprint
Every coaching journey runs through the same growth framework — sixteen topics across four areas that shape how you lead, relate, and grow.

Monthly Team Coaching Call
One 60-minute Zoom call per month with your full leadership team, teaching and coaching through one of sixteen focused leadership development areas.

Every session blends teaching, honest group reflection, and live coaching — so your team doesn't just learn the framework, they experience it together.
