Half-Day CDR 3-D Assessment
When a CDR 3-D certified coach is available, add a four-hour assessment and coaching session using the CDR 3-D Assessment Suite® to explore leadership character, motivational drivers, and potential risk factors. It gives deeper insight into your team's strengths, tendencies, and possible leadership derailers.

About Your Coach
Darin Sargent was born with one hand, and it became the starting point for a life spent helping others discover that their limitations were never disqualifications. He pastored for more than 20 years, leading ministry organizations and teams through growth, crisis, and change. That experience now shapes how he coaches leaders and teams today. For decades he has also spoken to leaders, churches, and organizations across the country and around the world, and he currently directs Ministry Central for the UPCI.
He is a Certified NeuroChange Professional Coach through the Makin Institute and a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach. He is the author of several books, including Battle the Beast, Parenting with Purpose, and The Gift of the Empty Sleeve.
