A High-Impact Personal Growth Experience for Christian Leaders
Six or twelve months of one-on-one coaching to bring clarity, strategy, and accountability to your leadership, your character, and your calling.
Schedule a Free ConsultationMy friend, if you're leading — a church, a team, a family, a business — you already know the weight of it. The pressure to have the answers. The quiet isolation of being the one everyone else looks to, with no one quite walking beside you.
I don't know your whole story yet. But I recognize that weight, and I'm glad you found your way here. What God is doing in you, and in your areas of influence and impact, is exciting — and I look forward to walking alongside you in it, in the days and weeks ahead.
I don't think it needs to be said, but just so you know — I didn't build this coaching program because I think I have all the answers. I built it because I've lived the tension of leading while still figuring out what God is doing in me, and because I've watched too many good leaders burn out, stall out, or settle for less than what they were created for, simply because no one walked with them long enough to help them see it.
You may already know this about me, but I was born with one hand. Early on, that could have become a story about limitation. Instead, it became the starting point for everything I now believe about purpose: that God doesn't waste anything about how He made us, and that the things we're tempted to hide are often the very things He wants to use. That conviction shapes how I coach. I'm not interested in helping you perform better for a season. I'm interested in helping you become who you were actually created to be as a leader, a spouse, a parent, and a person of faith.
This program has real structure to it, and I take that seriously. But what I care about most isn't the framework; it's you. I'll ask you questions that might be uncomfortable, and I'll tell you the truth even when it's not what you might want or expect to hear. That's what it means to stay in someone's corner for the whole journey, not just the easy stretches.
If you're reading this, something in you is already leaning toward that kind of partnership. I'd count it an honor to walk it with you.

About Your Coach
Darin Sargent was born with one hand — and it became the starting point for a life spent helping others discover that their limitations were never disqualifications. He pastored for more than 20 years, leading ministry organizations and teams through growth, crisis, and change — experience that now shapes how he coaches leaders and teams today. For decades he has also spoken to leaders, churches, and organizations across the country and around the world, and he currently directs Ministry Central for the UPCI.
He is a certified coach through Maxwell Leadership and trained in neuroscience-informed coaching through the Makin Institute's NeuroChange method. He is the author of several books, including Battle the Beast, Parenting with Purpose, and The Gift of the Empty Sleeve.
