A place to think. To wrestle with the hard questions. To say what they can't always say to their staff, their church, or the people depending on them. A place where someone will listen, challenge them, help them see what they may be missing, and walk with them toward what's next.
I know what it's like to lead others while God is still doing a work in me.
For more than 20 years, I pastored and led ministry organizations and teams through seasons of growth, crisis, transition, conflict, and change. I've also spent years speaking, teaching, and developing leaders. But some of my greatest leadership lessons didn't come from a platform. They came in the places where leadership got real.
And in many ways, that started long before I ever became a leader.
I was born with one hand. I could have spent my life allowing what I didn't have to define what I could become. Instead, I discovered something that has shaped how I see people, leadership, and purpose:
God doesn't waste anything about how He made us.
Sometimes the very thing we see as a limitation becomes part of what prepares us for our purpose.
That's why I don't coach leaders toward some predetermined version of what I think they should become. I help them see more clearly who they are, what God has placed in them, what may be holding them back, and what their next step requires.
Because I believe there is more in you. And sometimes you just need someone in your corner who can help you see it.
