I don't think it needs to be said, but just so you know — I didn't build this coaching program because I think I have all the answers. I built it because I've lived the tension of leading while still figuring out what God is doing in me, and because I've watched too many good leaders burn out, stall out, or settle for less than what they were created for, simply because no one walked with them long enough to help them see it.
As you are aware, I was born with one hand. Early on, that could have become a story about limitation. Instead, it became the starting point for everything I now believe about purpose: that God doesn't waste anything about how He made us, and that the things we're tempted to hide are often the very things He wants to use. That conviction shapes how I coach. I'm not interested in helping you perform better for a season. I'm interested in helping you become who you were actually created to be as a leader, a spouse, a parent, and a person of faith.
This program has real structure to it, and I take that seriously. But what I care about most isn't the framework; it's you. I'll ask you questions that might be uncomfortable, and I'll tell you the truth even when it's not what you might want or expect to hear. That's what it means to stay in someone's corner for the whole journey, not just the easy stretches.
If you're reading this, something in you is already leaning toward that kind of partnership. I'd count it an honor to walk it with you.
